How to Whitelist Our Email Address

Your providers do the best they can to keep spam out, but sometimes the systems they use mistakenly catch good mail along with it.

So we ask that you add us to your trusted list of senders, contacts or address book. All also known as "Whitelisting."

Step 1 If you do not see an email from us in your Inbox, our email may have mistakenly been sent to your spam folder. Please open your spam folder and if you find an email from us open it and mark it as "Not spam". 

Step 2 To make sure you get the emails from the hotel, follow the instructions for your relevant email provider below to add us to your address book or safe senders list.


AOL Webmail

  1. Open the email from us.
  2. Click the show details link next to us in the From field.
  3. Move your mouse over or click the address to show the menu.
  4. Click Add contact in the menu displayed and add us to the name fields. Click Add contact.

Comcast

  1. Open the email from us.
  2. Click on the button at the top left of the email that says + Add to Address Book.
  3. That will open your edit contact screen. Click Save.

Gmail

  1. Open the email from us.
  2. Click the drop down arrow next to "Reply" in the upper right side the email from header.
  3. Click the "Add to Contacts List" from the list that appears.
  4. If we do not appear in the dropdown list, then you probably have already added us to Contacts.

Gmail Mobile App

  1. If you are using Gmail Tabs such as "Promotions" please open your Promotions tab in Gmail.
  2. If you do not find an email from us, check the Spam Folder:
  3. When you find the email from us, tap the menu icon in the top right.
  4. Then select Move to and select Primary from the list.

If you find an email from us in your Gmail Promotions tab:
  1. Grab and drag the email to the Primary Inbox Tab.
  2. After doing so, you will receive an alert that asks to move future messages to primary. Click Yes on this.

iPhone Mail App

Periodically check the Junk folder for email messages that were marked as junk mistakenly. To indicate that an email message from us isn’t junk:
  1. Open your Mail app and go to the Mailboxes screen
  2. Scroll down to the folders area and select the Junk folder.
  3. Find the email from us and slide it left to see options. 
  4. Tap the More button.
  5. Tap the Mark button and then Mark as Not Junk button.

Mozilla Thunderbird

  1. Click the Address Book button.
  2. Make sure the Personal Address Book is highlighted.
  3. Click the New Contact button.
  4. Under the Contact tab, copy and paste the "From" address the email text box and click OK.

Outlook Mobile App

  1. Click the dropdown menu on the top right of your Inbox.
  2. On the menu displayed tap Move to Focused Inbox.
  3. Select Move this and all future messages button. Tap Move.

Outlook 2003, Outlook 2016 and Outlook Office 365

  1. Right click our email in your Inbox email list pane.
  2. Click Junk then click on Never block sender in the menu that rolls out. Click OK.

Outlook.com

Previously "Hotmail", "Live", "Windows Live" and "MSN".
  1. Click the gear the icon on the top right.
  2. Select Options in the drop down list.
  3. On the Options page under Preventing junk email, click Safe and blocked senders.
  4. Click the link Safe senders on the next page.
  5. Enter our email address in the text box.
  6. Click Add to list to add us to your list of safe senders. 

Yahoo! Mail

Create a filter to automatically send email from us to your Inbox.
  1. Click on the Gear icon in the top right navigation bar and select Settings from the list that drops down.
  2. Choose Filters located on the left side of the page and click the Add button.
  3. Create a name such as Whitelist in the Filter name field.
  4. In the From field leave the default contains selected.
  5. Enter our email address in the text box next to Contains...
  6. Choose the destination folder to which you would like the message delivered. For example: Inbox. Click Save.
  7. You will see another screen, also click Save here.
